Mission:

  • To develop new customers, promote company products and solution and achieve sales revenue from assigned territory.
  • 不断开发新客户,推广公司产品和解决方案,完成指定区域的销售收入目标。
  • Implementation annual marketing plans and activities defined by the supervisors.
  • 执行上级主管制定的年度销售工作计划和相关市场活动。

 

Main responsibilities

  • Define and implement individual annual regional and industrial product promotionpromotion and business development plans. Achieve annual sales and market share targets and maximize company profits.
  • 制定并实施个人年度的区域和行业产品推广、促销和业务发展计划。完成年度销售和市场份额目标,并将公司利润最大化。
  • Systematically understand the industrial applications and market development status in the responsible region, and continuously develop sales channels such as direct sales customers, distributors and accessories suppliers in the relevant application industry
  • 系统了解所负责区域的行业应用和市场发展状况,持续开发关联应用行业的直销客户、分销商和配套商等销售渠道;
  • Key accounts 1:1 follow up and coordination, to set up and maintain a high level relationship with the customers.
  • 对大客户进行11的跟踪与协调,建立与维护高水平的客户关系;
  • Proactively plan and organize sales activities, such as visits, demo, seminars, energy audit and solution presentation…etc. to find out customer needs and transform opportunities to order.
  • 主动规划和安排个人的销售计划,包括客户拜访、产品演示、研讨会,在线能耗评估,方案展示等,以发现客户需求并转化为销售定单。
  • To collect and feedback customers issue and suggestions on product designdelivery and after-sales service, coordinate with related departments for the solutions.
  • 收集并反馈客户对产品、交货和售后服务等方面的问题与建议,协调相关部门讨论并制定解决方案;
  • Organize and implement regular product promotion and training programs.
  • 组织并实施定期的产品推广和产品培训计划;
  • Promote aftermarket genuine parts and service products sales in assigned area in cooperation with aftermarket sales team.
  • 与售后服务团队合作,积极促进负责区域内的原厂备件和服务产品的销售。
  • Implement the company's financial receivables management policy and work closely with the finance team to achieve individual receivables targets.
  • 执行公司财务应收管理政策,与财务团队密切合作,完成个人应收目标。
  • Use CRM/C4C and other sales process management systems to update individual leads, opportunities and win/loss information and visit reports.
  • 使用CRM/C4C等销售过程管理系统,及时更新个人线索,商机和赢/丢单信息和拜访报告。
  • Comply with the safety and quality management requirements of the company and related parties.
  • 遵守公司及相关方的安全和质量管理要求。

 

Experience requirements

    • At least 2 years sales relevant experience in mechanical equipment, and experience air compressor and treatment, gas generation equipment(N2/O2) and gas purification are preferred.
    • 2年以上机械设备相关销售经验。 有空气压缩机,制气设备(N2/O2)和气体干燥等类似设备销售经验者优先考虑;

 

Knowledge/Educational requirements

    • College or above, majored in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent majors.
    • 大专以上学历,机械或电气等相关专业;
    • Excellent communication skills and customer oriented.
    • 较强的沟通技巧和团队协作能力;
    • Good computer skill.
    • 能熟练操作电脑;
    • Willing to travel.
    • 愿意出差。
