Cost Controller

Your role
As a Cost Controller, your mission is to [briefly describe the main mission]. You will report to [add Hiring Manager title].
You will
- Responsible for monthly closing CO part, including CO job settlement, CO entry posting, stock reconciliation, monthly-closing reporting in GPS, and related scorecard to management team.
- Participate in monthly closing/4M FCST/annual BP, provide consolidated profitability and cost adjustment analysis, including but not limited to production cost variance, overhead variance analysis, logistical cost analysis etc.
- Stock management such as follow up stock management policy. Stock, WIP aging analysis, support operation team for stock reduction activities and analysis.
- Calculate and release production cost, hourly rate and standard cost according to the way we do things. Responsible for master data maintenance in ERP system regarding Production related parameters.
- Work closely with Operation team to manage the stock and expense, propose corrective or potential cost saving measures. Proactively identify business risks and opportunities to keep improving the business profitability.
- Drive improvement and automation of processes, design and maintain analytical tools and dashboards to provide real-time visibility into business performance.
- Handle GL & tax transactions before launch if required.
- Support internal/external audit.
- Other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by manager.

- University or college degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 3 years working experience as cost accountant in PC
- SAP knowledge in FI/CO/MM module
- Microsoft Office skill in Excel & PowerPoint
- Good English skill both in written and speaking.

Job location
