Field Service Engineer (173913)

Your role
- Provide on-site technical support ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve or escalate equipment issues promptly.
- Follow safety, health, quality, and company procedures.
- Prepare service reports and provide accurate feedback to teams.
- Use company systems for service notifications and documentation.
- Participate in on-call support and respond to emergencies.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Comply with customer site rules and company policies.
- Complete administrative tasks, training, and duties as assigned.
