Onsite Service Team Leader (164532)
Your role
- Manage onsite team effectively for daily operations
- Perform tasks following Edwards Best Operating Practice
- Communicate well to collaborate with internal functional teams
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships on-site
- Understand customer requests and provide feedback to Service Manager
- Provide regular reports and updates on activities
- Participate actively in improving health, safety, and loss control management systems
- Report safety concerns related to workplace or Edwards’ equipment
- Work both independently and as part of a team with self-motivation and discipline
- Maintain a customer-sensitive approach to work
To succeed, you will need
- Experience in field service activities with familiar product knowledge
- Proficiency in working with computers, specifically Microsoft Office software
- Good command of both written and spoken English is advantageous
- Essential understanding of engineering drawings, including electrical, mechanical, and schematic layouts
- Experience in electro-mechanical assembly and fitting, electrical/PLC controls, and electronics
- Key competencies include team leadership and communication skills
- Interpersonal and communication skills to build strong customer relationships
- Good understanding of a relevant engineering discipline
