CTS Service Coordinator (Planner)

Your role

As a Service Coordinator, you will

▪ Acts as the primary contact for FSEs and customers for planning
▪ Working together with the customer success center to deliver on the SLA.
▪ Create work orders for Ad Hoc maintenance▪ Communicate and plan customer visits as per FSE availability, skills and plan dispatch schedule(s) 
▪ Follow up on open work orders, track parts and commissioning which require labor intervention
▪ May serve as a dedicated key account planner for specific, high-priority customers & customers with multiple sites (health care providers, transportation companies etc.)
▪ Used tools to complete daily task.

▪ Identify skill requirements for service assignments such as product specific skills, customer access, special activities, safety requirements
▪ Participate in monthly WIP meeting
▪ Access traced and logged customer interactions, customer and equipment information in one place▪ Use defined templates for communication to customers where not automated
▪ Proactively communicate with customers when planning work orders
▪ Communicate with FSEs in a structured and digital way
▪ Prioritize work orders based on technician availability and customer needs

Job location

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Taoyuan, Taiwan. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
