Your role
. Provide customer and dealer professional service and technical support, In order to achieve customer satisfaction, help our company for sustainable profitable growth on power technique business.
- Service operations:
- Report into the Operations Manager.
- Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair various technical systems. You will also diagnose any issues to prevent equipment downtime.
- Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and document activities.
- Be the on-site contact, providing service recommendations and addressing customer needs promptly.
- Service sales: Propose parts & service proposal, maintenance / repair plan and purchase plan for the customer/dealer during each service or visit.
- Technical support:
- Daily support the customer/dealer to solve field technical problem.
- Communicate with regional technical specialist about the PC’s product improvement and implement them in region.
To succeed, you will need
- College degree or above, majored in technical / mechanical / electrical engineering or other related.
- More than 2 years’ experience in and familiar with technical service in construction equipment (excavator, compressor especially portable compressor); engine or truck, generator,or water pump, etc.
- General English skill in both spoken and written.
- Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
- Willing to travel locally and international.
- The job is based in Yangmei Office / Taoyuan, North of Taiwan.

Job location
You will be part of our customer center in Taiwan. You will join a dynamic field service team, working remotely and spending a significant amount of time traveling to visit customers within your designated area, Taiwan.
