Bring your curiosity to work as our next Field Service Engineer . You will be part of our Power Technique team. In this role, your mission is to provide customer and dealer professional service and technical support, In order to achieve customer satisfaction, help our company for sustainable profitable growth on power technique business. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Your day-to-day

• Implement service work in accordance with process. Be responsible for the trouble shooting and completion of the service work. 
• Provide a comprehensive professional service report and propose technical improvements and process reports.
• Propose parts & service proposal, maintenance / repair plan and purchase plan for the customer/dealer during each service or visit.  
• Daily support the customer/dealer to solve field technical problem.

Your skills and experience

• College degree or above, majored in technical / mechanical / electrical engineering or other related.
• More than 2 years’ experience in and familiar with technical service in construction equipment (excavator, compressor especially portable compressor); engine or truck, generator，or water pump, etc. 
• General English skill in both spoken and written. 
• Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit. 
• Willing to travel locally and international.
