Your Role

• To ensure financial reporting with good quality and within defined timeline as per standard processes:
  • Support reporting, as well as reviewing and analyzing results based on business requirements
  • Provide analysis of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Headcount and any other items as needed
  • Assistance with Tax assessments and various audits like Statutory, IFC, Tax, Cost, TP, Group & Internal
  • Analyze all accruals and prepaids
  • Participation in projects for accounting & reporting related requirements
  • To ensure excellent communication with stakeholders and other teams
  • Recommend improvements to finance and accounting processes, inclusive of leveraging technology to improve timeliness and accuracy of reporting
  • Other accounting work as required
  • Highlight any issues and/or foreseen red flags

• To support Business Controller in preparation and analysis of reports:
  • To assist in the implementation of Group standard processes and tools + improve and implement process alignment
  • Work with different functions to collect information for variance analysis
  • Provide timely and accurate financial and non-financial information on efficiency, productivity and profitability of operations in order to support decision making by management
  • Provide ongoing and ad-hoc reports and automated tools to support management and decision making
  • Identify problems and recommend appropriate action to management 
  • Identify potential for improvement of business control and subsequently update, implement and maintain procedures
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Skills & Requirement

• Experience in accounting, and/or finance
• Proven analytical ability
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player
• Good communications & co-ordination skills
• Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and have an interest in operations, business, and company dynamics
• Advanced user of MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP  

Knowledge/ Educational requirements

• Associates and/or University Degree with emphasis in accounting.
• Good knowledge of Accounting & Taxation Rules and Regulations
