Operations Manager

Your role

As a Operations Manager, you will report to Business Line Manager.

You will

• •Develop & coach the team to take more challenges to support customers, meeting their needs. Establish processes to act upon customer feedback
  •Encourage innovative ideas to collaborate & optimize the processes between different internal teams.
  •Follow up with customers to ensure problems if any are effectively resolved.
  •Welcomes & acknowledges the diverse perspectives and talents of others giving right responsibilities, contributing to a positive P&L
  •Provide praise, recognition and rewards for strong performance and ensures that employees are motivated to work towards common goal

• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced Operational position.
• Strong commercial knowledge and proven experience meeting targets and budgets.
• A proven track record of supervising a team within an industrial environment
• Ensure safety and quality standards are upheld by fostering a safe, engaged and customer focused culture
• Proven Influential leadership capabilities to develop, empower and motivate employees.
• Passion and commitment for achieving extraordinarily high standards in customer service.
• High level of experience with effective high level internal and external stakeholder management.

This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Taoyuan, Taiwan. You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
