Your day-to-day

• Monitor market trends and customer needs to support sustainable business growth.3
• Provide engineering and technical support, including product specification confirmation and coordination with production teams.
• Liaise with product companies and suppliers to ensure equipment installation and engineering solutions meet customer requirements.
• Handle customer technical inquiries and provide support on engineering installation, technical specifications, and related issues.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering projects, technical support, or tender/bid management.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and international product teams.
• Familiarity with technical documentation preparation and project management.
• Strong learning agility and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Willingness to travel and provide on-site engineering support.
