Sales Engineer, Service

Your role

As a Service Sales Engineer, your mission is to drive sales growth for our service business by leveraging your technical expertise and understanding of customer needs. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work closely with the engineering and service product teams to implement effective service sales strategies.

You will

• Plan and prioritize service sales activities and customer interactions to achieve business targets. 
• Collaborate with the service aftermarket team to provide exceptional after-sales service, ensuring high customer satisfaction. 
• Analyze market trends and provide management with accurate information on pricing, competitive activities, and regional issues. 
• Prepare and propose service product offerings, calculating sales prices using the company's discount strategy and quoting tools.
• Monitor and report on service sales activities, keeping the CRM updated with customer visit reports, opportunities, and quotation statuses.
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities that maximize customer relationships and business outcomes.

3+ years of relevant industrial Sales experience, preferably in the compressed air industry or similar rotating equipment industry
Commercial Sales background is required

Job location

This role is fully remote, enabling you to work from anywhere within the region of Taiwan-North, while being associated with our customer center in Taiwan.
