Technical Support Manager
Your role
As a Technical Support Manager, your mission is to responsible to provide active support to Taiwan Customer Center by offering professional technical training strategy, support material, problem solving and handling warranty and quality reports.You will report to Business Line Manager.
You will
- Ensure that you & your team of experts offering structured, most professional and timely technical support to the Field Service Engineers, Backoffice, service operations, customers, dealers, distributors and regions.
- Continuously follow up and analysis of the local product quality.
- Take care of a proactive failure reporting & support request towards Technical Support in the Product Company.
- Monitor all feedback and complaints related to machines. Hold regular meetings with the Equipment Sales team to ensure that all issues are addressed and resolved.
- You will play an active role in people management of your team of experts and develop a strong relationship with our customers.
- Ensure that the team can provide accurate and up to date service information covering all aspects of a compressed air installation.
- Plan & conduct technical trainings to assure field competence & skills are in pace with equipment development and installed base.
- Communicate and coordinate with the Service Manager to arrange relevant training courses with the academy.
- Liaise with the equipment sales department and arrange relevant training courses for distributor engineers.
- Review the promotion assessment plan for service engineers.
- Follow up on the progress of ECB implementation.

Experience requirements
- Proven experience with customers, and/or vendors
- Show evidence of the ability to organize and structure information and processes and to effectively coach a team of people.
- Have a solid understanding of the systems and processes that support our Service organization.
- Solid technical experience with air compressor will be an asset.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Taoyuan, Taiwan (TW).
