Senior Financial Analyst - System Business 1

Your role
You will
- Business analysis and monitor
- Monitor system business monthly commit global OI achievement. 2.Product group PK and group UGP monitor analysis and project based cost analysis. 3.Implement regional marketing view consolidate Systems P&L and Scorecards analysis, incl. All of the S+S APAC PC sites and related CCs. 4.Monthly saving tracker data collection (operation saving tracker and procurement saving tracker). 5.Monthly system business review PPT report for System manager and S+S VP 6.Review and monitor monthly system KPI report, for the KPIs which behind target, to organize the review meeting with responsible function for further action plan. 6.Provide the required figures/analysis to system func support the relevant functions‘ analysis. 7.Yearly divisional business review meeting preparation.
- Budget & Rolling forecast
- Annual Business Line cost center split key update. 2.Annual cost center SAP cycle key update. 3.Annually rate calculation and analysis (incl. Hourly rate, MOVH rate, freight & duty rate and ect.) 4.Lead annual budget preparation, complete PnL and Net Working Capital budget target set up. 5.Monthly rolling PnL forecast preparation and update in diviaion forecast tool.
- Monthly closing & reporting
- Support FSC for monthly/quarterly/annual closing, TB review timely and correctly. 2.Review GPS reporting about System business related business line. 3.Prepare detailed analysis of the monthly financial result for the business review purpose. 4.Balance Sheet analysis and monitor.
- Controlling
- System related spending approve (Capex & Opex). 2.Responsible for the System business related fixed assets management and cooperate with the assets administrator for the annual assets counting. 3.Cooperate with warehouse and production for the annual inventory counting.

- Bachelor degree or above of Economics.
- 10 years+ working experience in foreign companies or similar background.
- Costing knowledge and experience on costing analysis.
- Abundant SAP experience of full functions.
- Creative, resourceful and entrepreneurial and strong analytical, presentational skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP, BW, BPC. Experience on Power BI report would be plus.
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking
