Customer Care Support(Part-time)-Marine

Your role
Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing:
- Support daily order management activities in SAP and related systems;
- Maintain order information and update order status accurately;
- Assist in processing order changes, shipment splits and delivery adjustments;
- Follow up routine order-related activities and ensure timely execution.
- Export Documentation Support:
- Prepare and maintain export-related documentation.
- Support document collection and verification for shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment documents.
- Ensure required documentation is completed and filed properly.
- Shipment Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating shipment schedules and delivery arrangements.
- Track shipment status and provide updates to the team.
- Follow up open issues with logistics providers and suppliers.
- Support delivery milestone tracking and reporting.
- Business Support & Process Improvement
- Provide operational support to the Marine business.
- Participate in workflow standardization initiatives.
- Support automation and digitalization projects when required.
- Assist with testing and data validation activities for systems such as GEMS and TRAC.
- Other order related tasks assigned by Customer Care function.

Education
- College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration or related disciplines.
- University students in their final year are also welcome.
Experience
- 0-2 years working experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain or related fields.
- Internship experience in international trade, logistics or manufacturing companies is preferred.
- Experience with export operations is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Good communication skills in English reading and writing.
- Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks.
