Your role

You will

  • Platform Operations Management – Monitor and maintain daily operations of Leybold flagship stores on JD.com and 1688, ensuring platform stability, timely order processing, and adherence to marketplace policies and standards
  • Product Launch & Catalog Management – Coordinate product onboarding, including technical content preparation, SKU setup, pricing configuration, and promotional scheduling; ensure all product information, specifications, and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
  • Customer Communication & Service – Serve as the primary contact for online customer inquiries, technical consultations, and after-sales support; manage response timelines and escalation processes to ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Cross-functional Coordination – Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align e-commerce activities with business objectives; liaise with JD and 1688 platform managers to resolve operational issues and explore growth opportunities
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track key metrics including traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback; generate regular reports to inform strategic decisions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Other task as assigned by manager

  • Education level: Bachelor's degree, Majors in e-commerce, marketing, mechanical engineering and related fields are preferred
  • Relevant Previous experience (Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce platform operations, preferably managing B2B industrial products on JD.com or 1688)
  • Knowledge areas/Skills

- Solid understanding marketing knowledge, backend operations, and marketing tools;

- Good customer communication skills with ability to handle technical inquiries and coordinate solutions

- Basic data analysis capability to interpret platform metrics and generate performance reports

  • Other requirements

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

- Proactive problem-solver capable of working independently and escalating issues appropriately
