Financial Analyst
Purpose of the Job:
Support Business Controller to secure the GPS reporting accuracy and Company Scorecards analysis.
Secure investment compliance through the quarterly internal audit.
Key Contributor of Future Finance transformation.
Main responsibilities:
1. Timely standard cost update of Edwards/AC System products upon SAP workflow as one of the daily tasks. Sorting out the costing error if any.
2. Support PC Tianjin Business Controller for the income statement and balance sheet review and analysis.
3. Ensure accuracy of data processed by implementing plausibility controls and close interaction with relevant stakeholders.
4. Monitor and red-flag inventory and account payables related to PC Tianjin business.
5. Conduct quarterly investment internal audit to ensure the compliance.
6. Cooperate with FSC team to complete the annual audit of PC Tianjin/legal entity level.
7. Monthly R&D projects spending tracking.
8. Participate in SHEQ activities, weekly SBO and monthly KAIZEN submission.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience:
Educational requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in economics, finance or business & administration.
Experience requirements:
- Result-oriented and experienced professional (better 5+ years) with proven senior experience in finance.
- Experience with Group reporting is an advantage.
- From manufacturing industry.
Knowledge:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP.
- Good command of English in both writing and reading.
Personality requirements:
- Strong focus on quality, accuracy, deadlines, and orderly work.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from the stakeholders.
