Import & Export Specialist

Your role
According to shipment schedule, prepare export documentation, arrange pick up. Customs clearance and tracking.
Based on material demand plan, arrange pickup, transportation and customs clearance Working with government, responsible for HS code classification, certification application and disclosure fee application.
To support the other department for import / export shipments.
Working with finance on about duty / VAT, freight, cost, insurance business.
Coordinate with forwarder for KPI management, lead time shorten and cost control.
SAP in transit material management.
Optimize operation process.
CIP innitiate on import and export
Work on CO2 reduction
Improve SHEQ KPI’s on SBO and Kaizen.

- Major in International trade, or logistics related
- At least 3 years working experience
- Better knowledge on import and export, Customs regulations, HS code classification, Customs inspections.
- SAP experience preferred
