Production Monitor

Your role

• • 与班长一起负责产线班组级分层审核 Work together with the Team leader to conduct Layered Process Audits (LPA) at the production team level.
  • 组织做好开班前设备点检及下班前5S检查 Organize and ensure completion of equipment inspections before each shift and 5S inspections before the end of each shift.
  • 组织安排好本工位的生产，严格执行装配质量管理标准并按时完成生产任务 Coordinate and arrange daily production activities within the assigned assembly line, ensuring compliance with assembly quality standards and timely completion of production targets.
  • 熟悉本产线各工位装配工艺，负责新员工岗位技能培训 Be familiar with all assembly processes and workstations on the production line, and provide job skills training and coaching for new employees.
  • 负责将工艺工程师的工艺改善引入到产线，并根据产线的实际情况提出持续改进的建议，协助实施推进Support the implementation of process improvements developed by Manufacturing/Process Engineers and proactively propose continuous improvement initiatives based on production line conditions
  • 负责监督本产线员工的作业标准并识别作业风险Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and identify potential operational and safety risks.
  • 作为产线的班长，100%贡献于产出，反馈产线中影响节拍的问题，并对薄弱环节提供培训和改善，负责该产线质量风险排查，机器故障简单排查和维修，并根据维修过程中发现的问题培训工人，提高一次测试通过率As the line leader, contribute directly to production output while identifying and reporting line-balancing or cycle-time issues. Provide targeted training and improvement actions for weak areas.
  • 汇报日常产线异常：确保物料及时供给，实现每日和月的产出计划；协助质量人员统计、分析质量问题并落实质量改善方案 Support the Quality team in collecting and analyzing quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Backup班长的工作 Serve as the backup for the team leader

• • • 学历：中专或相当学历以上Education: Technical secondary school diploma or above, or equivalent qualification. 
    • 经验： 有3年以上真空泵装配或测试经验或同岗位5年以上工作经验经验，个人素质特别优秀者可以放宽条件；  具备多技能，2条装配线经验优先 Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in vacuum pump assembly or testing, or 5 years of experience in a similar position. The requirements may be relaxed for candidates with exceptional performance and potential. Multi-skilled operators with experience across two or more assembly lines will be preferred.
    • 知识：   熟悉装配工艺，工具，工装，并有继续改进的能力； 有一定的组织和协调能力和分析问题解决问题的能力；  质量、安全、职业健康、环保及节能意识  Knowledge: Good knowledge of assembly processes, tools, and fixtures, with the ability to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.Strong organizational, coordination, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Good awareness of quality, safety, occupational health, environmental protection, and energy-saving practices.
