Production Planner

Your role
- Be responsible for weekly production planning and daily production plan execution monitoring to ensure on time delivery to customer.
- Work closely with customer center planner and pump system planner to prioritize daily production plan based on customer demand.
- Create production orders in SAP based on confirmed production plan and responsible PP transactions in SAP.
- Responsible for master data maintenance on planning data in SAP.
- Work closely with production line leader and daily review production plan completion status, coordinate with cross function colleagues to ensure production plan execution on time.
- Participant daily SIM3 meeting on time and proactively take action to avoid any production loss caused by material shortages, quality issue and etc.
- Take care of rework requirement from DCs and arrange rework plan in workshop according.
- Proactively analyze and review weekly material shortages and make adjustment of production plan between various production lines He/She is responsible for.
- Weekly run material shortages reports and proactively work with buyer and sourcing to identify material shortages risk and drive risk mitigation plan.
- Manage intercompany suppliers, organize weekly communication meeting with Cologne to proactively review risk material and take actions to make sure material on time delivery.
- Work with warehouse and buyer to drive urgently material deliver to production line on time to avoid production line stop.
- Participate in regular Engineering Change meeting and manage material/product phase in phase out.
- Make delivery plan for both domestic and oversea according to customer order and stock readiness.
- Coordinate logistics and transportation to solve any accidents occur during the supply of finished goods.
- Weekly backlog analysis and take lead on action plan.
- Continuous improvement on finished goods inventory.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience on planner position.
- Over 3 years’ relevant experience in manufacturing company International mindset, be energetic & relentless drive for better result.
- Organized and disciplined, strong logic thinking.
- Strong ability on capacity management, levelling on demand management.
- Strong English and Chinese communication skills both at spoken and written and leadership.
- Good Microsoft office (Excel, power point) computer skill and SAP skill.
