Senior Financial Analyst

Short Description
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial review packages;
- Support and attend BRM and CRM, follow up with open issues from BRM and CRM.
- Analyze historical business performance by identifying key drivers, quantifying the impact and advising solutions;
- Elaborate /present business financial results and performance drivers to business unit management team clearly and concisely;
- Provide finance partner support to BLM in daily business operations, such as pricing, customer rebate management, margin analysis etc.;
- Assist in tactical and strategic decisions by providing insights from financial perspective;
- Coordinate /assist annual planning and budgeting process for the business unit;
- Ensure business unit operations compliant with company policies, control procedures and statutory requirements;
- Promote transparency in facts & figures to ensure a decision process based on adequate and objective information. In cooperation with BLMs and administrative responsible division, as needed.
- To evaluate specific situations in relation to customers and sales.
- To assist business, to serve and to support in solving problems.
- Assist the Management members in operational reviews.
- Being in close cooperation with the Sales, Services and Logistics departments to improve business process.
- Providing first in class tools and analyses to the management to support our ambitious targets.
- Responsibilities further include assets management, inventories and receivables.
- Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company.
- Help to prepare company and business review meetings packages.
- Actively participate in the planning process.
- Develop analysis to support management decisions.
- Good co-operation with BLM and raise early warning signals when needed.
- Review the TP related document as required.
- Timely review and analyze the outstanding AR, identify bottlenecks, and then figure out effective solutions.
- Assisting the Business Controller with financial analysis.
- Raise red flag immediately in business operation and propose solution or evaluation solution
- Forecast and evaluate reasonableness of forecast based on historical analysis and trend.
- Work closely with supply chain to forecast and review inventory healthy.
- Evaluate and review balance sheet to work with Finance Hub to mitigate relevant risk.
- Follow up and go through Prokura implement in the business line responsible to ensure sufficient internal control in align with business area delegation.

Your skills and experience
- Education level
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in accounting, finance or business management
- Knowledge areas/Skills
- 6+ years working experience in FP&A in multinational companies
- Manufacturing experience, SAP experience is preferred and better with SAP key user experience
- Hands-on experience with Office 365 and data analysis
- Other requirements
- Strong learning capability, highly self-motivated for continuous improvement, and strong sense of accountability
- Excellent oral and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Excellent communication skills and strong leadership
- Able to develop business understanding quickly and provide in-depth analysis
- Strong sense of business process and ability to implement process change
- Good story teller with very clear sense of logic
- Able to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high workload environment
- Will to travel in China
