Workshop Technician

Your role

Your mission is: Secure customer recognition and trust by providing prefessional maintennace and repair.
Your day-to-day

- Fulfill safety responsibilities at work and ensure safe operations.
- Independently perform maintenance and repair tasks.
- Strictly follow SOPs to conduct complete disassembly, inspection, cleaning, diagnosis, spare parts replacement, reassembly and testing of returned products.
- Complete service documentation in accordance with Leybold or customer standards and maintain accurate records in the work order system.
- Carry out repair, maintenance, and calibration services in line with KPI requirements and other relevant standards, ensuring service quality, turnaround time, and efficiency.
- Maintain 5S standards in the workplace (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain).
- Properly use, manage tools and equipment assigned under personal responsibility.
- Continuously develop skills and drive improvements in safety, cost saving, and efficiency.
- Follow Atlas Copco Group’s “The Way We Do Things” and “Code of Conduct.”
- Support other workshop and field service when required.
- Be prepared to undertake additional tasks as assigned.
Your skills and experience
Education Level
- Diploma or above from a technical secondary school in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
- Experience in mechanical assembly, vacuum pump repair, or equipment repair is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing or similar position
Knowledge
- Reliable, responsible, and able to follow work assignments.
- Good hands-on practical skills and communication abilities.
- Good PC and MS office skills
- Basic English reading and writing skills
Your location
This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Tianjin, China (CN). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
