The role
As Team Manager for Incoming Inspection & Quality Team, you lead a team of ten measuring & quality technicians responsible for ensuring that incoming components meet our quality standards. The role combines operational leadership with long-term improvement work.
You are part of the Assembly management team and reports to Operations Manager Assembly.
Together, your team will:
- perform measurement and verification of incoming components
- ensure ESD compliance and safe handling conditions
- support internal and external audits
- handle and analyse deviations
- support assembly lines in quality related matters
- maintain a stable and high quality flow into production

- strengthen our Lean practices and support us in reaching our quality targets

You bring:
- experience from Lean and/or improvement work
- a background in production, quality, or an industrial environment
- an academic degree or equivalent practical experience
- experience in leadership — or a strong drive and capability to take on your first leadership role
- Fluency in Swedish is required due to team and operational needs.
