Your role

Bring your curiosity to work as our next HR Business Partner. You will be part of our HR team reporting to the HR Manager ITBA Mexico. In this role, your mission is to drive business success by delivering operational HR excellence and employee support for the Desoutter, Industrial Assembly & Machine Vision Solutions Customer Centers in Mexico, ensuring compliance, people development, talent management and an outstanding employee experience, while supporting transformational leadership initiativies (e.g. leading & thriving in change, psychological safety) in the Industrial Technique Business Area in Mexico. Together with your HR colleagues, you will generate synergies and drive impactful people initiatives across the ITBA organizations in Mexico.

Your day-to-day

  • Hire to retire operations for two two dinamic organizations within ITBA Mexico
  • Recruitment & talent acquisition
  • Attracting, developing, and retaining key talent
  • Diverse, future-oriented talent pipeline (especially field sales & field service)
  • Trainee program management & university collaboration
  • Onboarding & HR documentation
  • Learning & training coordination
  • Employee relations
  • HR systems, reporting & audit support
  • Alignment of best practices with other HRBPs

Your experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Master's degree and/or professional HR certifications are considered an advantage.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in HR operations across the employee lifecycle.
  • HR Business Partner experience in a manufacturing, industrial, technical service, or engineering environment.
  • Experience in a matrix organization.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.

Your location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our offices in Tlalnepantla de Baz and Puebla. You are expected to travel frequently between both office locations, and also nationally for important employee lifecycle related events.
