Your role

As a Business Development Manager you will work closely with the management team to strengthen and expand our business nationwide. You will drive growth in our Gas Generation and High‑Pressure technologies by identifying new opportunities, engaging potential clients, and increasing our market presence across the country.

In this role you will:

  • Coach, develop and mentor the Gas Generation and High Pressure segment technical sales team with the goal of achieving a high level of efficiency.
  • Continuously enhance the team’s commercial and technical capabilities through proactive, hands‑on training programs.
  • Regularly assess the team structure to ensure maximum efficiency and propose improvements that support future growth.
  • Manage the Gas Generation and High Pressure segment sales activities to secure strong, profitable, and sustainable business growth aligned with divisional objectives.
  • Manage the internal sales tools to improve process efficiency, boost information access and generate valuable sales insights.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for direct reports and recommend structural, commercial, or developmental actions to strengthen team effectiveness.
  • Strong cooperation with divisional Global Business Leads and Regional BDMs to ensure alignment with divisional objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Business Line Manager to support key corporate accounts through contract negotiation, product selection, terms & conditions, and incentive programs.
  • Identify and cultivate strategic key accounts and partnerships that expand market share and strengthen our presence in Mexico.
  • Execute business development plan with the AGA  sales team by organizing customer visits, trainings, and information seminars.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitive dynamics, and customer feedback to shape and refine our marketing strategies.
  • Build strong internal networks to ensure timely and effective follow‑up on commercial and technical issues.

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and commercial processes.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience or clear potential to lead a team.
  • Solid knowledge of compressed air systems and the manufacturing industry.
  • Flexibility to travel within Mexico as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prepare clear reports, compelling presentations, and impactful training sessions.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our facilities in Tlalnepantla.
