Bring your curiosity to work as our next Internal Sales. You will be part of our CTS  internal sales team reporting to Internal sales manager. In this role, your mission is to expand the AtlacCopco Service Market. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.

Your day-to-day

• Prepare quotes and proposals for maintenance, parts, and other service products for compressors and related equipment using the ERP system (SAP), in response to customer requests, and secure orders (order registration and delivery management are handed over to the Order Management team).  

• Obtain quotes from subcontractors and negotiate purchasing terms such as price when preparing quotations.

• Manage customer and machine information for the assigned area to improve the accuracy of sales activities and quotations. 

•  

  Respond sincerely to customer inquiries and complaints, building trust to secure repeat orders from existing customers.  
• Coordinate with internal departments (service sales team overall, service panning team, field service team, etc.) to respond to quotation requests promptly.

1. This role requires you to work on-site at our office in Tokyo, Japan (JP). You will be part of a dynamic team and enjoy the benefits of face-to-face collaboration.
2. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our (insert organization here) in Tokyo, Japan (JP).
3. This role is fully remote and employed through our legal entity in Tokyo, Japan (JP). Other locations may be possible to review.
