Regional Service Operations Manager
Your role
We are seeking a dedicated Regional Service Operations Manager to guide and enhance our service delivery across our Vacuum Technique business. Reporting directly to the Senior Service Director, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing regional service operations strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
In this leadership role, you will:
- Develop and implement comprehensive service operations plans aligned with our business goals.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of service professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Oversee service delivery quality and efficiency, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and supply chain to optimize service offerings and customer engagement.
- Analyze regional market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service innovation and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements within all service activities.

- Between 5 and 8 years of progressive experience managing service operations within technology or industrial sectors.
- Strong proficiency in operational management tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships both within the team and with clients.
- Experience working in multicultural environments and managing diverse teams is highly desirable.
- Business level of Japanese and English
