Our Edwards Japan VTS business has high potential business in Japan, so we will expand our oppoutunity with strength organization.

In order to this plan, we will hire this position

  1. Development and implementation of business plans for the territory that drives growth and the achievement of revenue and profit goals for VTS.
  2. Deplyment of the strategy either via the local sales strucure or direct
  3. Preparation and adoption of a rolling plan to maximise customer facing time within the territory, target >50% of time in direct contact
  4. Direct Management of internal VTS sales support and development of the role
  5. Creation of and implementation of initiatives that will enable the delivery of sales objectives towards the VTS Japan business strategy. 
  6. Achievement of the revenue and profit goals for the territry for VTS business.
  7. Provision of a monthly report for the territory, that includes performance updates and future plans, such that the Edwards business community is well briefed on Edwards’s status with the customer base.
  8. Fully maintain and updating of Edwards system to include C4C.
  9. Provision of customer visit reports, and the execution of actions arising from the visit.
  10. Close cooperation with Customer Care support teams and internal marketing/product teams such that Edwards provides first class support to the customer base.
  11. Management of customer payment performance through close collaboration with the local sales team, customer and Edwards credit control team.
  12. Work collaboratively with sales managment and the wider sales team to ensure transparent and collaborative management of the business area.
  13. Take the lead and manage the engagement of as many Edwards functional departments as required so that Edwards is viewed as the premium supplier by the customer. 
  14. In conjunction with the VTS Division plan, develop new product / services launch plans for the customer base.
  15. Provide a monthly Orders and Sales forecast for customer base in conjunction with the local sales team.
  16. Report on competitive activities.
