Service Sales manager

Your role
As a Service Sales Manager within Edwards Japan's Semi Chamber Solutions Division, your mission is to drive the strategic growth and customer satisfaction across the service sales portfolio. You will report directly to the Department Head of Edwards Japan - CC, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored service solutions that align with customer needs and company goals.
You will:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand service offerings in the vacuum technology sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and deliver exceptional service solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and successful resolution of customer inquiries or issues.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and areas for innovation within service sales.
- Lead sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting activities to support informed decision-making and track performance against targets.

You have 5 - 8 years of experience in sales, preferably within the vacuum technology, semiconductor, or related industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, capable of building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative and dynamic setting is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Japanese language skills is advantageous.
