Your Role

Job description

After receiving orders for rental items, you will be in charge of processing order entry, sales booking, billing, parts arrangement from overseas, and cost booking. In addition, you will be in charge of sales support such as order receiving, return of confirmation, document preparation, and safety management. There is also an opportunity to use English because of the interaction with the company's overseas corporations.

Job detail

• Order receiving：Order entry, sales booking and billing (10-20 / month)
• Ordering：Order equipment and maintenance parts from overseas as needed (1-5 / month)
• Billing：The cost (invoice) incurred is booked as an expense (30-40 / month)
• Asset management： Capitalization, scrapping of rental equipment (1-2 / year)
• Safety management： Manage safety and quality in the factory, and reports to the manager (once a month)
• Sales support：Document stamping, order receiving, return of confirmation, customer / supplier registration, credit check, customer document entry / return

To succeed, you will need

Requirements

• English ability (Conversational level with reading and writing)
• Experience in sales office work, procurement, or logistics management
• Basic PC / IT skills (Excel, Word, Power Point, Adobe, etc.)
