Sales Support Coordinator

Your day-to-day
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Sales Support Coordinator supporting the Kracht brand. You will be part of our Kracht team reporting to the Kracht Sales Manager. In this role, your mission is to provide customer focused sales and order support to ensure a high quality customer experience. You will contribute directly to how we create solutions for our customers.
As the Sales Support Coordinator, you will:
- Prepare quotes by following company pricing standards, calculating unit prices, and verifying product availability
- Process parts and pump orders and maintain customer records in SAP and keep customers informed by confirming orders, noting shipping or back-order delays
- Ensure delivery by routing orders to warehouse for fulfillment and assist in determining and resolving customer complaints and expediting corrective actions
- Assist with repair quotations and issue and log Return Good Authorizations as needed
- Calculate size for pumps and flow meters based on the application
- Determine component pricing and assemblies, generate a BOM
Your skills and experience
- High School diploma
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a customer service role in a manufacturing or industrial equipment environment
