Supply Executive

Your Role
Bring your curiosity to work as our next Supply Executive. You will be part of our logistic team reporting to Supply Team Leadder. In this role, your mission is to support supply chain that enables achievement of business, operational and financial goals for the business. You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders like Sales and Marketing, resellers(distributors) on sales order management you are responsible for. The essence of your function is to have proactive and excellent communicative skills to support interactions and negotiations with both internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute directly to how we create high‑quality products and solutions for our customers.
Your day-to-day

- Support company supply chain management.
- Understand current supply status and share the updates on supply constraints, KPI results with the objective of improving material availability. Communicate demand changes in advance to support business in service.
- Act proactive in supply issues - React to any shortfalls in supply by finding the best solutions and communicating to global customer service logistics team and stake holders about any expected supply outrage driven supply interruption in a timely manner.
- Planning and sizing - Coordinate the re-profiling of the inventory to achieve the required availability and meet project needs. Plan any inventory changes with Product Companies to reduce impact and driving the requirements to meet the service business needs.
- Sales order processing of sales to resellers and customers in Singapore
- Maintain optimum quality product and services to ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer requirements.
- Liaise with forwarders on import and export shipments.
- Verify freight invoices, customs forms on duties and sales taxes.
- Verify accuracy of supplier invoices against order placed.
- Process improvement – Work closely with internal team to support any projects and developments as well as setting requirement to support material planning processes.
- Freight mode optimization – Review freight mode optimization to save freight cost
- Inventory management -Monitor the inventory figures to achieve inventory % of COGS target.
- Team – Motivate, engage and coach the supply planning team to create lasting results together
- Participate in annual stock count.
- Ensures that the company standard practices and procedures are followed in connection with all materials department functions.
Your skills and experience
- At least 2 years working experience in Logistics function.
- Proficient in MS Excel, knowledge of ERP (SAP) is essential.
- Good PC literate knowledge, business intellectual tools, for example PowerBI/Automate will be a plus.
- Excellent communication skill, time management and effective interaction with vendors and internal support group.
- Candidate must have knowledge in Incoterms and Trade Compliance
- Experience in planning / distribution function
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Supply Chain Management or equivalent
- Possess proactive problem-solving skills, customer orientated, multi-tasking, meticulous, proactive planning, analyzing information and able to work independently.
- Proficient reading, speaking, written in English.
- Possess knowledge in Import and Export regulatory compliancy.
- Able to work independently under fast-paced environment.
