Become a key player in our dynamic new Centre of Excellence (CoE) of Compensation as Compensation Specialist!

 

Our CoE of Compensation has been established to tackle growing compensation compliance demands, enhance process efficiencies with cutting-edge systems, and elevate expertise and support across the Atlas Copco Group globally.

 

As a Compensation Specialist, you'll support all Business Areas across the Atlas Copco Group with the Annual Salary Review process, Pay Equity Analysis, and Compensation benchmarking.

 

We are looking for three Compensation Specialists to be located in the UK or Czech Republic. Join us and make a significant impact!

 

Key Responsibilities for this role will include:
•    Develop and implement competitive compensation processes that align with our business objectives and market trends.
•    Conduct comprehensive job evaluations and market analyses to ensure our compensation structures are equitable and competitive.
•    Collaborate with HR to design and recommend compensation designs that drive performance and engagement.
•    Provide expert advice and guidance on compensation-related matters to HR partners.
•    Analyze compensation data and trends to make informed recommendations.
•    Support company compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to compensation practice.

 

What you need to succeed in this role:
•    Ideally Graduate in relevant discipline.
•    Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior specialist compensation / benefits role, in a global or regional role. 
•    Proven experience in compensation analysis and design, preferably within a Centre of Excellence (CoE) environment.
•    Strong experience of benchmarking surveys, especially Mercer and IPE evaluation desirable.  
•    Self-starter with ability to effectively prioritise and manage multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
•    Proficiency in compensation software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
