Your role

We are looking for a CTS Planner to join our Atlas Copco team in Uddingston, Scotland. Taking responsibility for the complete customer service experience whist adopting cradle to grave concept which includes all service administration and planning the day to day work schedules, ensuring that all planned service requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner. 

 

  • Administering the forward planning of all open orders to meet departmental service requirements in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring accurate creation, allocation, and timely release of orders to engineers prior to their visit dates.
  • Coordinating with customers via phone and email, arranging and confirming service visits, while ensuring they are informed about the work to be carried out.
  • Monitoring the progress of customer orders, ensuring that all additional work is planned and executed on time.
  • Closing and invoicing service orders immediately after completion by the engineers.
  • Maintaining accurate records and overseeing the Planning Board to ensure quality control through SAP reporting facilities.
  • Collaborating with the Planning Team Leader, Field Service Engineers, and other internal teams to expedite customer requests.
  • Managing tasks in C4C promptly and providing reliable information to support field operations.
  • Assisting with contract processing and undertaking ad-hoc project work as required.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Atlas Copco offices in Uddingston, Scotland.
