Division: CCP (Continuous Connected Processes) - ISRA VISION
Location: Uiwang Office
Reports to: GM_CCP
[PURPOSE OF THIS JOB]
- Sales management and business development for sales and customer satisfaction for ISRA inspection solutions to a client base in target industry
[DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY]
- Develop and maintain relationship with prospective and existing customers in target industry and territory
- Monitor and analyze the market situation/competition and definition of customer potentials
- Research new markets, promote sales leads and identify and develop new business opportunities
- Provide regular reports on revenue forecasts, including market and customer trends
- Responsible for the entire sales process – sales strategy, proposal development and negotiation to the conclusion of the contract
[QUALIFICATIONS]
[Experience/Education]
- University degree – preferably with business field and/or engineering focus
[Knowledge/Skill]
- Successful work and leadership experience in sales for industrial companies in target industry
- Sales experience for capital equipment, preferably in the field of image processing, machine vision systems, factory automation, and/or measurement and sensor technology
- Solution and outcome orientation, customer focused and very good negotiation skills
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Excellent skills in CRM-System (Salesforce.com)
- Fluent English and Korean
- Organized goal oriented self-starter with effective written and verbal communication skills
- Frequent travel
- Technical competence and problem solving ability
