CPD Field Service Engineer (Ulsan)

Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Division: CPD (Chicago Pneumatic Desoutter) Service Team

Location: Ulsan Office

Reports to: CPD Service Manager

[PURPOSE OF THIS JOB]

• As Field Service Technician, you will have to support Setitec and Desoutter solutions, which include Tooling such as Setitec Drilling equipment, Electronic tools, Process control, Error proofing and other solutions while providing repairs and field service support upon customer’s call.
• You will be part of the CPS Business Line and support our customers in Aerospace Industry including KAI, Korean Air and Aerospace Tiers. You will have to report directly to the Service Manager

[DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY]

• Install and configure Setitec & Desoutter system for Aerospace customers including KAI, Korean Air and other Aerospace Tier customers.
• Analyze and resolve issues in the field.
• Repair and maintenance activities for tools and controllers

[QUALIFICATIONS]

• Study in College or University such as automation, control engineering, mechatronics, electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
• Field service or maintenance experience in Aerospace Industry is a plus
• English communication (business purpose level) is favorable.
• Travel in domestic and overseas is required.
