You have 0–3 years of experience, working as a Development Engineer, Graduate Engineer, or in a similar engineering role
- Strong interest in engineering, problem solving, and product development within a STEM-related field

Exposure to testing, laboratory work, or data analysis

Awareness of digital or engineering tools such as CAD, simulation, or emerging technologies (e.g. AI, Industry 4.0)
