General Manager: Hillsboro Product Company

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our Product Company division. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and coordinating all activities to ensure the achievement of company goals and objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive growth and innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business strategies to enhance brand presence and maximize profitability.
• Efficiently manage resources to support corporate and functional technical innovations.
• Drive operational efficiency and cost reduction initiatives while maintaining commercial controls.
• Foster a culture of safety-first within Service Operations.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team to develop new products and drive revenue growth.
• Lead pricing policy agreements and manage profitability through the product lifecycle.
• Interface with cross-functional teams to drive projects and initiatives.
• Provide visible leadership and direction to employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and management guidance.
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in managing large teams in a technical service or operations function.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive process improvements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Experience in employee development and relations management across various levels of personnel.
• Familiarity with Semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of engineering organization practices, disciplines, and software tools is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, fluency in verbal and written English is essential.
