Communication Team Leader

Your mission 

You will be responsible in line with business development and group strategy for local communication strategy and implementation. Reporting to the Marketing Manager and leading the communication team you’ll work in direct contact with sales manager, GM and divisional marketing teams. 

This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic Italian company, part of Atlas Copco Group. You'll work close to the business in a complex b2b market, managing multiple brands in different sales channels. 

The role 

-  Develop and implement a strategic communication plan and contents to create brand awareness, enhance brand values. increase lead generations. 

-  Define and implement campaign and product promotions in collaboration with product managers. 

-  Coordinate Communication Team  

-  Managing all product documentation to support sales and sales team.  

-  Collaborate in new product launch, defining communication contents and strategy.  

-  Collaborate in improving customer experience with a better communication and improving business tools user experience.  

- Collaborate in PED, blogs, SEO and digital marketing activities.  

To succeed, you will need 

-  Strong experience in communication marketing, preferred in international company in B2B business, experience in people management. 

-  Enthusiastic, curious and collaborative attitude, always ready to find better ways. 

-  Ability to think strategically, understand business challenges and recommend effective implementation plans designed to drive results 

-  A creative mindset and strong written and oral communication skills 

-  Good knowledge with CRM and marketing automation tool   

-  Italian as a mother tongue and fluent English
