Aftermarket Sourcing Team Leader

Your role
As a Aftermarket Sourcing Team Leader, your mission is to lead sourcing execution and supplier performance to ensure on‑time delivery, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction for aftermarket demand. You will act as the key link between procurement, sales, and customers—driving results in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment. You will report to the Sourcing Manager.
You will
- Lead and develop a team of Aftermarket Buyers while establishing structure, accountability, and high performance
- Own sourcing and fulfillment execution, ensuring supplier commitments translate into on‑time delivery and material availability
- Drive supplier performance through competitive bidding, escalation, and proactive risk management for delivery and lead times
- Act as a customer‑facing procurement leader, partnering closely with Sales, Project Management, and internal stakeholders to meet urgent customer needs
- Collaborate with OEM (Prime) sourcing teams to align supply base priorities and improve overall procurement performance

You have 7–10 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams while operating in a hands‑on, execution‑focused role
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionally and influence stakeholders internally and externally
- Experience in aftermarket, customer‑facing, or sales‑adjacent roles, with a strong sense of urgency and responsiveness
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP), data tools (Excel, Power BI/Tableau), and supplier management processes

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our manufacturing site in Voorheesville, United States (US).
