Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Your role

As a Manufacturing Engineering Techncian, you play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. We believe that great ideas come from great people, and we are committed to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. You will

• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to idenify areas of improvment and work together on continuous improvmenet projects.
• Fabricate and modify equipment tools, and fixtures to support Kaizen initiatives and cost reduction. 
• Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities. 
• Implement and monitor improvement actions to ensure sustained improvements. 
• Document and report on the process and outcomes of improvement projects. 
• Support the design of work cells and floor layouts for continuous flow of production and process improvement. 
• Develop safe manufacturing procedures. 
• Participate in the site safety committee and in shop safety improvement projects.

• You have experience in machining, welding, forming, or other various hands-on manufacturing skills. 
• You have experience implementing continuous improvement projects and collaborating with multiple teams within an organization. 
• You can prioritize multiple projects and shift priorities when needed. 
• You have a strong understanding of Kaizen principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• You have basic computer skills and are familiar with MS Office.

• Competitive pay: The salary range for this position is $31.50 to $45.38 an hour, based on experience and qualifications.
