Manufacturing Engineering Technician

Your role
As a Manufacturing Engineering Techncian, you play a vital role in our production process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. You will
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to idenify areas of improvment and work together on continuous improvmenet projects.
- Fabricate and modify equipment tools, and fixtures to support Kaizen initiatives and cost reduction.
- Conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
- Implement and monitor improvement actions to ensure sustained improvements.
- Document and report on the process and outcomes of improvement projects.
- Support the design of work cells and floor layouts for continuous flow of production and process improvement.
- Develop safe manufacturing procedures.
- Participate in the site safety committee and in shop safety improvement projects.

- You have experience in machining, welding, forming, or other various hands-on manufacturing skills.
- You have experience implementing continuous improvement projects and collaborating with multiple teams within an organization.
- You can prioritize multiple projects and shift priorities when needed.
- You have a strong understanding of Kaizen principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- You have basic computer skills and are familiar with MS Office.
