Manufacturing Generalist

Your role

As a Manufacturing Generalist, your mission is to support assembly and paint operations by performing a variety of hands‑on tasks across manufacturing, ensuring compressors and components are prepared, assembled, and processed efficiently. You will report to the Package Manufacturing Supervisor.

You will

• Perform mechanical assembly, disassembly, and support compressor testing activities across manufacturing areas 
  
• Prepare parts for painting, including cleaning, deburring, and media blasting 
  
• Support material handling and logistics operations throughout the manufacturing floor
  
• Assist with maintenance activities and piping fit‑up while working with tools and equipment such as cranes and fork trucks
  
• Collaborate with assembly, paint, and logistics teams to meet production schedules and safety requirements
• Work first shift: Monday through Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm

You have 0–2 years of experience working in manufacturing, mechanical, or a similar hands‑on environment.

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow schedules and instructions
  
• Prior manufacturing or shop experience (preferred) 
  
• Fork truck experience (preferred)
• Basic computer skills (preferred)
