As part of the Manufacturing Engineering team, you will report to the Manufacturing Engineering Team Leader. This is an on-site position located in Voorheesville, NY.
As a Manufacturing Process Engineer you will:
- Implement lean initiatives, including 6S and Kaizen activities, to enhance operational efficiency and reduce the cost of goods sold.
- Define, maintain, and improve manufacturing processes.
- Manage capital expenditure projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain production software to streamline processes and improve data management.
- Create and modify solid models to support engineering and manufacturing processes.
- Support the design of work cells for continuous flow of production and process improvements.
- Train and mentor team members on Kaizen principles and best practices.

- A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analytics, 6S, Kaizen activities, lean initiatives, and capital expenditures.
- Proficiency in Power Apps and solid modeling software.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- The total base salary for this position is $70,000 to $105,000 annually.
