Network Scheduler

Your role

As a Network Scheduler, your mission is to plan and maintain project-specific schedules that support the execution of prime equipment orders while monitoring engineering and production milestones. You will report to the Order Center Supervisor.

You will

• Generate and customize SAP network schedules for Prime Equipment projects while identifying and resolving cross‑department scheduling conflicts. 
• Update and maintain schedule data to ensure project consistency, optimization, and alignment with engineering and production milestones.
• Participate in kickoff and weekly project meetings to define scheduling needs and monitor/report progress across engineering and production. 
• Collaborate with project teams, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain stakeholders to support on‑time delivery and identify critical path items.
• Support improvements to scheduling procedures, maintain SAP master data, and provide required schedules for monthly reporting.

You have 2+ years of experience in scheduling or a similar function.

• You have 2+ years of experience in scheduling or a similar function.
• Attention to detail and strong multitasking/prioritization abilities (non‑negotiable).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact across a diverse workforce (non‑negotiable).
• Basic understanding of MRP/ERP principles, SAP project scheduling, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (preferred)
• Experience with Power BI and/or prior project scheduling or production planning roles (preferred).

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our manufacturing site in Voorheesville, United States (US).
