Your role

As a Project Quality Engineer, your mission is to lead the successful execution of project-specific quality requirements by serving as the quality liaison between customers, suppliers, and internal teams. Through strong communication, meticulous quality oversight, and proactive problem-solving, you will ensure customer expectations are met, risks are mitigated, and high-quality products are delivered on time and in full compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. You will report to the Quality Manager.

You will

  • Serve as the primary quality representative for customer projects, ensuring all quality requirements, specifications, and contractual obligations are met. 
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer quality communication, reporting, audits, and inspections. 
  • Monitor project quality performance, track ket metrics, and drive resolution of quality issues and nonconformances. 
  • Partner with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer expectations. 
  • Review customer specifications and quality requirements, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation plans. 
  • Maintain accurate project quality documentation, reports, and records to support successful project execution and customer satisfaction. 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, reduce defects, and improve on-time delivery performance.

You have at least 5 years of experience, working in quality engineering, quality assurance, manufacturing, or project quality role. 

  • You hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related field, or have equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • You have a strong understanding of quality systems, quality documentation, reporting, and inspection processes. 
  • You have experience interpreting customer specifications, quality requirements, and technical documentation. 
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams. 
  • You have strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • You are proficient with MS Office applications, including excel, PowerPoint, and Word. 
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.

  • Comprehensive compensation and benefits
    • Base salary ranges from $98,500 to $113,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. 
    • Annual bonus structure starts at 5%.
