机械设计工程师

Your role

Mission使命:
As a Mechanical Designer, your main task is mechanical customer design.
作为一名机械设计工程师，主要任务是机械非标定制设计。

Job description included but not limited
岗位职责包括但不限于：
-Check special points from contract with project engineer and proposal engineer in kick off meeting, understand the request of customer.
开工会上和项目工程师/应用工程师检查合同特殊点，理解客户的需求；
-Release long lead time parts, Create flow diagram, 2D&3D,release BOM.
释放长交期物料，创建流程图、三维模型、二维图纸，释放物料清单；
-Responsible for instruction book, part list and installation book.
负责产品说明书、零部件清单、安装说明等文件；
- Allocate drawing work to Indian support department, but you take the lead for design work.
安排印度支持团队的任务，但是设计工作仍然由你负责领导；
-Communicate with supplier for drawing, documents… problem.
和供应商沟通图纸等技术问题；
-Deal with problems from Indian support department and production line.
处理印度支持团队的问题，以及产线安装的问题；
- Technical discussion and clarification with service company and end user if necessary.
必要时对售后部门或最终用户支持/澄清技术问题；
-Other work assigned by leader.
领导安排的其他工作。

Competence and qualification
岗位任职能力与资格要求：

Experience Requirements经验要求 

A proven ability to choose and specify material and components, with an understanding and ability to technically specify pressure, valves etc.,
具有选择和指定材料和部件的能力，并具有技术上指定压力，阀门等的理解和能力；

Knowledge / Educational requirements知识/学历要求
-Educational background :  Bachelor or above， Major:  Mechanical Engineering/Energy and Power Engineering or other relevant major;
本科及以上学历，机械设计或者能源与动力相关专业；
-More than 3 years of experience in compressor/dryer or mechanical industry;
3年以上压缩机/干燥机或机械行业相关经验；
- Skills in 3Dmodel &2D drawings with INVENTOR/SolidWorks;
INVENTOR/SolidWorks三维模型和二维图纸技能；
- Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English both oral and writing;
普通话为母语，良好的英语听说读写能力；
- Leading/full design experience for non-standard customized products, with one or more of the following related experiences:
非标定制产品的主导设计经验，有以下相关经验（之一或更多）：
•    Mechanical structure design experience, familiar with related mechanical knowledge: sheet metal, welding, machining, painting and surface treatment, etc.;
有机械结构设计经验，熟悉相关机械知识：钣金、焊接、机加工、油漆和表面处理等；
•    Compressor experience: familiar with compressor principles, fluid mechanics, heat exchange, thermodynamics, structural mechanics, process control, etc.;
有压缩机经验：熟悉压缩机原理,流体力学,换热,热力学,结构力学,过程控制等；
•    Equipment system design experience, familiar with drive chains, pressure pipelines, pressure vessels, fluid valves, etc.;
有设备系统设计经验，熟悉传动链、管道、压力容器、流体阀门等知识；
•    Fluid system experience, having some understanding of the principles and flow diagram of hydraulic/pneumatic systems, air conditioning/refrigeration, compressors, etc.;
有流体系统经验，对液压/气动系统、空调/制冷、压缩机等原理和流程图有所了解；
•    Experience in dryer machines/gas post-treatment products, having pressure vessel design/certification experience (GB150, GB151, ASME, HG20592, HG20615, etc.); 
有干燥机/气体后处理产品经验，有压力容器设计/认证经验（GB150, GB151, ASME, HG20592, HG20615等）；
-Based on above, having pressure vessel qualifications, special certification knowledge, and explosion-proof certification knowledge would be a plus.
在以上基础上，有压力容器资质、特殊认证知识、防爆认证知识等更佳。
