Engineering Team Leader
汇报人 (Reporting to)： EngineeredSolutions Manager
Mission使命:
To successfully manage assigned designs in accordance with company procedures and in support of the overall objectives of Project Operations including maintenance of backlog, continuous improvement of margin, customer satisfaction, schedule, working capital and safety performance. Has prime responsibility for the successful completion of assigned designs.
根据公司程序成功管理指定的设计，并支持项目运营的总体目标，包括维护积压，持续提高利润，客户满意度，进度，营运资金和安全性能。对指定设计的成功完成负有主要责任。

· Monitor and report design status in project management information systems.
在项目管理信息系统中监控和报告设计状态。
· Assure design quality for BOM, drawings, documents, and services.
确保BOM、图纸、文件和服务的设计质量。
· Take responsibility for integrity and safety of design produced.
对产品设计的完整性和安全性负责。
· Willing to travel abroad, limited in duration and number.
在数量和时间有限的前提下，愿意出国出差。
Competence and qualification
岗位任职能力与资格要求：
Experience Requirements
· Is well acquainted with the Oil-free Air Products and Atlas Copco Compressor Technique organization (minimum 3 years’ experience within the Oil-free Air product company).
熟悉无油空气产品和阿特拉斯·科普柯压缩机技术组织（至少3年无油空气产品工作经验）
· Leadership experience in a professional engineering environment
具有专业工程环境的领导经验
· Off-shore / On-shore Oil and Gas Package experience is preferred
有海上/陆上油气配套经验者优先
· Smooth with IT tools such as BPCS, Excel, Word, ..
·熟练使用BPCS、Excel、Word等IT工具
Knowledge / Educational requirements:
· Bachelor Degree in Engineering or equivalent
工程专业本科或同等学历
· Mandarin mother tongue and good knowledge of English
母语为普通话，英语良好
· Must have written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organization
必须具备在各个层面的书面和口头沟通能力
· Must have time management skill, able to multitask and manage priorities
必须具备时间管理技能，能够同时处理多项任务并管理优先事项
· PMP certification is preferred
有PMP证书者优先
