Service Coordinator
Your role
As a Service Coordinator, you will
• Close and invoice service orders promptly upon engineer completion.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of all planned service requirements.
• Organise and prioritise open orders, handle emergency requests and maximise process efficiency.
• Liaise with service technicians, technical support, sales team and other related areas to resolve customer issues.
• Usage of ePad to accurately close out open work orders.
• Monitor and record customer orders.
• Maintain incoming service channel emails, phone calls, and communications.
• Handle and resolve any customer invoice queries.
• Manage tasks in C4C promptly upon receipt and oversee SAP reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to expedite customer requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and handle non-core and service-related purchase order.
• Assist with contract processing and take on ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Ad-hoc tasks as required.

Job location
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Warrington Office.
