Regional Manager - Specialty Rental North-East Europe

Your role

As the Regional Manager for Specialty Rental, you will report to the General Manager of Atlas Copco Rental North-Central Europe and be an integral part of the Management Team.

Our goal is to enhance the business through a well-defined and executed development plan.

You will oversee the P&L for the Specialty Rental business in the North-East region, which comprises of Finland, Sweden, Poland, Romania, Baltics and other East Europe countries where we are currently not directly present.

Your Mission

Your mission is to elevate and develop the full potential of the rental business in the region, focusing on focusing on our Business Lines Air & Nitrogen, Power and Temperature, to achieve profitable growth in the region. 

You will build, develop and lead your team to high levels of performance, both in sales and in service.

Focus will be on driving new business opportunities and applications, along with developing new customers based on local marketing strategies.

Operations is also a key part of the role, where you will oversee the Service teams and workshops.

Sales management within your organization will be a priority, and you will monitor marketing activities in your region.

Continuous improvement in pricing and fleet management is expected.

You will hold full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for the region, taking necessary actions to meet Revenue & profit targets.

What also matters is

Continuous development to ensure a well-trained service team to ensure high-quality fleet and service, maintaining fleet availability in line with division standards, and focusing on efficiency in logistics and operations are key aspects of the role.

Functional and operations cost management are also expected.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining triple ISO Certification, sustainability KPI’s, operating according to the guidelines of ‘The Way We Do Things’, ensuring the Atlas Copco brand remains First in mind—First in choice® for all target customers.

To be succesful in this position, you should have:

• Strong business acumen in a 24/7 service environment.
• Several years of managerial experience, preferably in industrial rental business, experience in customer centers and/or product companies.
• Application, product, and fleet management experience in oil-free air equipment is a plus.
• A university degree in a technical or commercial field, or equivalent experience, is required.
• Knowledge of Atlas Copco (rental) fleet is highly valued, and familiarity with ‘The Way We Do Things’ is essential.
• Fluency in English is necessary.

Location

The position is open to be based in either Helsinki (Finland), Stockholm (Sweden) or Warsaw (Poland).
