Regional Business Development Manager – Portable Flow

We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Regional Business Development Manager – Portable Flow to lead the growth of our Portable Flow business across the East Europe region.

In this strategic and operational role, you will drive market development, strengthen customer relationships, and position Atlas Copco as the preferred partner within the Portable Flow and Dewatering segments. You will work closely with local sales organizations, divisional stakeholders, key accounts, and channel partners to unlock market potential and deliver sustainable profitable growth.

 

To succeed, you will need

  • Develop and execute regional growth strategies for Portable Flow products and applications.
  • Drive business performance through profitable revenue growth, pricing excellence, and market share development.
  • Lead and coach a team of sales professionals, supporting their professional growth and capability development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders across the region.
  • Spend significant time in the field, understanding customer needs and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Lead major sales opportunities from prospecting to successful closing.
  • Collaborate closely with Service, Marketing, Logistics, and other business lines to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Drive channel-to-market development and strengthen both direct and indirect sales networks.
  • Contribute to planning, forecasting, reporting, and business reviews.
  • Actively participate in the management team and support organizational development initiatives

Experience

  • Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial management.

  • Strong track record of growing business and leading people successfully.

  • Experience working across multiple markets and cultures is an advantage.

Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of industries such as construction, energy, drilling, oil & gas, dewatering, or flow applications.

  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

  • Experience developing routes-to-market and channel management strategies.
