We are looking for a Gas and Process (GAP) Sales Manager – Poland and Eastern Europe to help us grow and shape the future of our Gas and Process business. This is an exciting opportunity to represent our world-class Centrifugal Compressors, Turbo-Expanders and Screw Compressors, and to make an impact across multiple industries.

This role reports administratively to the General Manager of Atlas Copco Poland and operationally to the Gas & Process Head of Sales EMEA. It’s a fully remote position, giving you the flexibility to work from where you’re most productive.

Your Duties:

  • Developing the Gas & Process business in Poland and Eastern Europe and driving sustainable growth
  • Selling compressors and expanders to customers in a variety of sectors:
    Air Separation, Chemical/Petrochemical, LNG, Refinery, Gas Processing, Power/New Energy and Emerging Markets (CCUS & Hydrogen)
  • Managing a challenging and rewarding sales portfolio, where every solution is tailor-made for customers across diverse industries
  • Collaborating with colleagues across a global network of six production companies (US, Germany, India, China and Korea)
  • Planning, organizing and leading all sales activities, including customer visits, reports and processes
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with customers and key accounts
  • Continuously identifying new opportunities, markets and applications
  • Designing effective sales strategies and plans that align with business goals
  • Preparing quotes in collaboration with our Application Engineering team
  • Negotiating both technically and commercially with the support of our product companies
  • Managing sales expenses effectively while maximizing impact
  • Representing Atlas Copco at customer meetings, business reviews and industry trade shows

  • A proven background in sales and/or marketing of turbomachinery equipment
  • A good understanding of energy, chemical/petrochemical, and air separation markets, plus knowledge of compressor and expander applications
  • Previous experience with GAP products is an advantage, but not essential
  • Ability to thrive in an international environment, working closely with customers and colleagues worldwide
  • Fluency in English (other languages are a plus, but not a requirement)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
